Another exciting step has been completed in our journey to have the most talented Real Estate office in South West Wake County!

Meet Laura Irwin! We know you'll get to meet her in person, but we wanted to share some fun facts about her as well.

She's been married to the love of her life, Bobby for 12 1/2 years and they have 2 beautiful children, James & Gabriella. She loves to do all kinds of crafts but baking is her favorite thing to do around the holidays. She likes to garden and grow her own vegetables and is usually on a diet (she'll fit right in!)

Her career has been fascinating! She has served in the US Navy, worked in the IT sector as well as the Real Estate industry. We are so lucky to have found the perfect combination of qualities for our Holly Springs office!

Holly Springs Elementary gets its Zumba on!

Many of you know I have become a Zumba "freak" in the last 8 months! It has become a passion as well as a stress reducer in my life. So when I got the opportunity to combine 2 of my passions (Zumba & Fundraising) I was all over it! A couple of weeks ago the Holly Springs Elementary PTA sponsored a Zumba class for families as part of their "Family Fit" series. Brilliant idea! Michele Arthur of Holly Springs Personal Training was kind enough to donate her time & talent for the cause. As you can see, Moms, Dads, & kids had a great time!

Holly Springs Here We Come!

We've thought about it, talked about it, thought about it, talked about it and now WE ARE DOING IT! So Why Holly Springs?
This wasn't an overnight decision. We've looked at the demographics & the growth & it is a no-brainer!

When my husband & I moved our family to Holly Springs 14 years ago; the population was 6,000ish. We hit over 25,000 just a couple of months ago! That's either a high-growth area or a whole lotta babies being born! There are many reasons Holly Springs is a good business move for Go, but really the most exciting reason is that Holly Springs fits our Culture perfectly. Holly Springs is about family & looking out for each other. It's about living in a small town but being close enough to "the Big City." Neighbor helping neighbor, taking each other's kids to dance or soccer; a Boy Scout Troop showing up to help cut up trees after the Tornado hit....these are just a few of the reasons I love this Town & am so excited to begin this journey with all of you!
